Do not think of cost, just think of benefits

Though we would always say that cost should never be thought of when doing or buying something new and beneficial, it is obvious that we all would run after cost when it comes to finalizing certain things in our life. You should and must understand the importance of future workplace that would cost you a little in terms of shifting the mindset as well as in terms of changing the work culture and environment in which employees are likely to work.
